Refund Policy & Shipping
Your goods will be sent to you via Australia Post or one of our board shipping providers and we will send you tracking details for larger parcels.
Each product is despatched from Noosa to provide you with maximum customisation and faster shipping times.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.
We accept returns of unused items, or by reason of manufacturing default or misprint.
We can only refund items that have been unused in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of goods, for example:
- the original paperwork still inside;
- the item is in its original packaging; and
- the item is unused and as received.
Please contact us to advise of a product return. A return must be requested within seven days of receiving your order.
Return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details.
Attach your contact details, including the order number, name, email address and phone number, with your goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
